    Crying out for 4-4-2...

We had absolutely no out ball, zal won everything, they had a young, pish defence that laughed off everything we punted up.

When we did get the ball on the deck we caused them problems but it was few and far between.

When Lewis came on Doyle should have went up top, spoony right, Lewis left and Deegan and Claros in the centre and we should have taken it to them.

If we wanted to keep playing hoof ball we should have played Kuqi, he could have at least thrown his weight about, he has plenty off it.

Some of the abuse Doyle got from around me was out of order.

Yeh - pretty much agree. We basically lack the confidence to keep the ball and pass and move.
Williams is better than the last couple of goalies coz he comes a bit for the odd cross and at least puts the attacker off but man o man he's not even close to getting some crosses.

I assume you mean after 75 mins as opposed to you wishing that before the game/after Celtic game when it served us OK???

I will be interested to see from the posts after this game where Hibs and Fenlon sit on the hysteria scale which only has two outputs of MAGIC and $#@!E

Can't argue with that if we wanted to go and try to win the game.
I don't think we did though.

To be fair most of their play was up and over with Hanlon doing a superb job Zal style. The $#@! never lost a ball all night though. Hanlon did well too.

What was McGivern all about with the first time punts all night? He didn't look quite as composed as usual.

Playing on that taughty field where some 7 a side pitches are bigger was not helping. Tynie is so narrow going long is the easy way to defend. Playing out is so difficult

Only defence I have for him is I was sitting behind him first half and no one was showing for the ball. Wouldn't blame the lad being nervous at the PBS, rarely do you get so close to untamed animals.
