Hibernian pair John Hughes and Derek Riordan are the Clydesdale Bank Premier League manager and player of the month for September.
Hibs recovered from a 2-0 defeat by Hamilton to win their next two league outings, with Riordan on target against St Johnstone and Motherwell.
Former Hibs defender Hughes has made a bright start in his first season as manager at Easter Road.
Hibs currently sit third in the SPL, behind Rangers on goal difference.
Riordan has scored five goals already this season, although he has missed two penalties, and his form has earned him a recall to the Scotland squad for this month’s friendly in Japan.
The 26-year-old, in his second spell at the Edinburgh club, won his only international cap more than four years ago, coming on as a second half substitute in a 2-2 friendly against Austria.
