Fletcher celebrates the CIS Cup win in 2007
Hibs confirmed earlier this week that Burnley had made an approach for the Scottish international and a bid of around £2.9million has now been accepted by Easter Road chairman Rod Petrie.
Question now is will he sign on at turf moor.
