The Hibees have secured the services of goalkeeper Graham Stack on a permanent deal until June 2011.

The 27-year-old has been brought in on a two-year contract to provide competition for Yves Ma-Kalambay following the departure of Grzegorz Szamotulski and Stack says he is determined to repay Yogi.

Speaking to the Hibees official website: “I could see from the moment I arrived at the Hibernian training centre just how massive Hibernian is, and I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to play for this club.

“I realise that competition for the goalkeeping slot will not be easy. Yves Ma-Kalambay has established himself here and in Thomas Flynn the club already has a fine young goalkeeper who has just stepped up from the youth side.

“My aim will be to compete for a first-team place here and show the manager and the supporters that I’m worthy of a regular place in the side.”
