Totally agree with Ian's post on the main board. I don't often get annoyed about the way the Club handles these things, but in this instance they have really bolloxed it up!

They still had tickets for Tynecastle and were willing to reserve one for me on the condition that I post in the relevant Preference Voucher from my ST.

Spoke to a lovely girl who in formed me that all the tickets were sold out

After cleaning out my pants, and after she picked herself off the floor,
i ordered my 2adult and 2 kids tickets

Only 10 mins wait
