Race night

Was wondering when the race night is taking place. After the humongous sucess of the darts, doms, and pool night organised by the Chirnside branch we would be willing to offer our skills and talent if required to help get it up and running.
Actually I did see Bill at St Johnstone match and he mentioned it might be in late October can anyone confirm a date.

root,tried to get a night in october at the pilot but its booked up with other events, and as me and bill would be doing the work, nov and dec too close to the burns night,as we start selling tickets in november and its hard enough getin money in for that without adding in a race night aswell.

So its looking like an end of season race night in berwick,the week before we win the scottish cup should do.:banana

Is the Pilot the only venue available, I do remember that you had arrananged a good deal with the publican and that costs are naturally a big concern. Anyway Scottish cup sounds good.
