Re: Going to Dublin..need your help

Emma, having looked at your Bebo link, I am quite sure that several of the gentlemen of Dublin Hibs would be jumping to help you out. Purely in the name of chivalry of course.

Lads, havent been around for a while as I tore the ligament in my ankle, been on crutches for a while but am getting back to fitness.
Also, the d1cks in my IT Dept blocked the bounce at work. Could someone text me the next time a game is on and we are going to the Czech Inn. Cheers.

never stayed here Emma but try this place, cheap, clean and right in the middle of Temple Bar, the main tourist pubs/clubs area.

Hi, Emma,

O'Sheas hotel on talbot street is still a good spot. 5 minutes from Connolly station. Has live music as well. Stayed there a few times there myself. decent breakfast as well.

Get yourself along to the Czech Inn on essex street as well though. The home of the Republic of Ireland Hibernian Supporters Club. Just tell us when you are coming over and we can get all the folk together. :YAYYY:

Thanks, this looks half decent. You never know when you type in "cheap hotels in Dublin" into Google

Emma,

As you are a student perhaps a room in Trinity College would suit your needs. It's central, a nice setting and reasonably priced.

Enjoy your visit.

Re: Going to Dublin..need your help

Hey Emma...Can I just say never have a seen so many responses to a post in so short a time...Could you start posting when Hibs games are on at the Czech Inn, could boost attendance

Personally I would go with Eire Hibs recommendation..Its also a nicer area to stay in..Talbot St aint the best place to be walking about at night..

What do you count as reasonable? & what sort of stuff are you looking for in terms of lively?

PS Andy..Sorry to hear about the leg..That shouldnt have any baring on your drinking arm though Hope your out again soon..

Aye its the ONLY place to watch the game..Unless you want to be watching it in Frasers which is a hole and its a celtic bar..Czech Inns just beside Temple Bar so easy to find..Can give you directions nearer the time..Will think of a few places that you should go to that gives you a choice of tatses..Sure the others will come up with some recommendations aswell..I think theres a couple of pubs in Dublin so they tell me

Getting your hands on a remote control that would work the TV and constantly turning it over would be hilarious
