Please read and note the first two events. We'd like a good showing at the p1sh-up on the 19th (U What? - could you make it from Derry, I'm sure we could find you a space to kip) and we ESPECIALLY will need to good turnout next March.

Everyone,

This is just to bring you all up to date with the latest NI Hibs Supporters' Club plans, as not everyone can get a chance to use the hibeesbounce.com forum for latest news.

Most of all, though, this is an invite for all of those who have not come along to their first meeting or to join us for a trip to Easter Road to get in touch and get involved!

We have a number of events coming up and everyone is very welcome...


Nights out in Belfast -

We're all planning a big night out on the raz on Belfast on Friday November 19th. Venue will be somewhere in Belfast, probably around South Belfast. This would be a good chance for people who have asked about the supporters' club to meet the lads.

A few members will also be meeting next Friday in The Oak, Grosvenor Road. We hold meetings there on the last Thursday of every month and everyone is welcome. We also usually watch TV matches at this venue.


Scottish supporters visit to Belfast -

This is due to happen in March 2005 when a large group of members of the West of Scotland HSC (and others) will spent a weekend in Belfast touring our pubs and clubs as guests of NI Hibs. We need a full attendance of everyone connected to or interested in NI Hibs to welcome our friends from over the water so plan ahead please.


Derby at TyneCala this Sunday (24th) -

Too late for those who don't have a ticket, but we'll be in the Roseburn before the match and we'll be bringing a thirst!

A couple of us will also be starting early in Leith on Saturday afternoon meeting at 3pm in the Cabbage and Ribs.


Other matches -

A small number of members will be at the recently moved New Year's derby and we also plan a day trip to an away game in Glasgow (probably Darkhead as opposed to Castle Greyskull).

NI Hibs also have plans to raise funds for worthy charities like the Former Players' Association in the future and may get around to the often talked about trip to Ballingarry, County Limerick.

We'll be distributing our new leaflets advertising NI Hibs when we are at the derby this weekend and are also in process of making a new banner to be seen at ER soon!

Again, everyone is welcome to come along and get involved in any of these events.

The best way to keep in touch is to use our message forum at www.hibeesbounce.com (you'll need to register). This forum is used and checked almost every day. It has loads of up to the minute details about NI Hibs and our plans.

If you rarely check your emails, live in NI and want to be kept up to date please reply with your name and mobile number. This will be used to send a text alert when we are meeting for TV matches or planning a trip to ER.

but there's a good chance I'm going to be living in or near belfast either dec. or jan so there will be no probs for the visit at the start of march
Karen's travelling 3 days now and it's near killing her so it's not fair as her jobs a lot more pressure than mine.. soi we're going to have to move soon or at least rent a flat...

Bad news about the 19th but good news that you're moving up to Belfast. It's not too bad a place but it does't have the same sense of community on a big scale like Derry does.

All the best with the move when it comes round.
