NIH has finally plucked the courage to bend on one knee and ask the question every lady dreams of and every man is afraid of!!!!!

Now That the Nails are digging in deeper will it be the end of Conor Hamilton-Johnston as we know him will he go to the dark side and start watching the dreaded Egg Chase????

Will he be at home with the Jambo's ??

and more importantly has he learned to darn his own socks???

Sincere thanks for the messages - appreciate it.

I can confirm that myself and Tara are tying the knot next September.

Thought I would go for an early date in case she sees sense :-D

You will all, of course, be invited to a grand p1sh-up in the Ross Park Hotel.

For now, I'm in the middle of moving my worldly goods to Tara's house at Ballyclare (two model cars, a 1970s Hibs top and some chrisps) so we can rent my house out.

I'll pass on your kind comments to Mrs Northern Ireland Hibby and can even refer her back to the photos of "those plastered looking fellas" I have already shown her.

Thanks again lads - I have to get broadband transfered to the new abode so will you all do me a big, big favour and try to keep this forum busy in the meantime.

Will contact you all later this week or as soon as I get settled in with some dates for a meeting about Turnbull.

I'd better not answer your question about how long myself and the future Mrs NIH have been going out as it could only get you into trouble with your own Trouble and Strife! The problem with being impulsive is that my mates who aren't are getting it in the neck!

And you're right Ned, she might only be after my hyphen. Still, they're all the range at Ballymena's best dinner parties this season (but all tractors must be polished to a shine before they can be brought along :-D ).

As for a green wedding dress - I'm already working on ways to keep the Hibs at the rightful place at the head of the wedding (starting with the wedding DJ, of course, and explaining to him the names of the countless Proclaimers songs he is going to play).

Aside from the masses of Hibs tat which is now filling up the new house, I'm already thinking that Mixu would be cracking name for a Collie dog and Ballingarry a great name for the house!
