Anybody with football experiance post tips on the best way to play a position in here for the younger folk

Goalkeeper: Don't Let the ball go in
Defender: Don't let the ball get past you and pass forward
Midfield: Pass forward and occasionally test the other goalie
Striker: Score, dive and cry

ehh train aspects according to the position i.e.

keeper: positioning and footwork and reflexes
striker: composure, shooting, balance etc

Right/left midfield: Stay pretty wide, but still get involved in the play. Make good runs into space. Cross so that your shoulders are facing the way you want the ball to go (if you know what I mean?) and don't be afraid to take a player on and shoot, as long as you aren't too greedy.

ah i get it now.

goalkeeper: always keep your feet moving, stay on the balls of your feet never on your heals. eyes on the ball and stay square with the striker, watch your angles and try stay centred. get your whole body behind the ball to save and try to save with two hand pinkies touching to form a basket shape. and its important for you to control the defence

Oh and for keeping, always stay square to the striker and try to think a step a head, but don't get beaten in the process. if you watch the strikers movement, body shape and language you can judge when and where he is going to shoot (dropping shoulder, straightening up, eye movement) always avoid rushing out if too! if you are 1-on-1 keep in line with the striker and watch your angles, get down low and when saving get your whole body forward and match its pace

Also, narrow the angle.

Defender: Play hard but fair. Give the attackers a hard tackle early on in the game may make them not want to go against you again.
