'Your Say' - Dundee Utd
Hibeesbounce.com welcome another new feature to the bounce this week. 'Your Say'
We search your opinions of the games, home or away and let you know if your opinion is one that can spark some serious converstation on the bounce! ![]() The Hibees played Dundee United this week at Easter Road. Hibernian fought back from two goals down for a share of the spoils in a thrilling finish to an eventful game. And we have selected a number of opinions from our members to share with you. "Keepitgreen" who has been a member of the Hibeesbounce since October 2005 has to say this about O'Brien and his performance this week against United... "Better from O'Brien today, but again, not enough. Wanted to see him take players on more. I'd also say though, that it feels like our players don't quite know how to play with him in the team yet. There were times when a good hard early ball would have sent the boy away but our players hesitated ![]() I'd agree that a run will see him improve but as mentioned, having too many players who are prone to 'hiding' on the park at the same time makes things difficult to say the least. I actually seen O'Brien before the match today, seems he drives a silver Porsche 911. If only his performances were as polished as that. " When reading about the early leavers at the game against Dundee United our very own Russian Radge "Hibs Resident" has this to say... "I cant understand early leavers. If you came to see football game, then you should see all the 90 minutes unless you are not passionate about football and your football team. What I cant understand, is why people leavie even if we are winning. I remember last season at a home game against the Arabs, I was sitting in the West Stand in the hospitality section and more then half the people disappeared to have a tea or pie when 3 or 5 minutes was still left! One of our younger bouncers "KeithTheHibee" had this to say about the upcoming games... A very tough month of games whatever way you look at it. We should beat Aberdeen, they've had a few rotten results recently, and after their midweek trip to Madrid they'll be dead on their feet. Inverness hasn't proved a very happy hunting ground, so a draw would probably be a decent result there (we should win though). Falkirk will be looking to get their season back up and running, so it should be a tough game, although one I'd still expect to win. Celtic away, they've yet to concede a goal at Darkheid this season, a tough one to call depending on which Hibs team turns up. I would fancy our chances if we went there and got in their faces for the entire 90 mins, nae point in sitting back and trying to "weather the storm" as so many teams have attempted to do this season. Killie away should be an interesting one. If we go there and play our game, we should pump them. We always give the Huns a game at Easter Road, and this one should be a cracker. If I was being honest, a draw. If I was being optomistic, a win Come back soon to see if we have added more... Thank you to all our contributors and also all our other great members on the bounce!
