This weekend - pitch inspections
announcement from council that all Edinburgh Council pitches are subject to ref's inpections this weekend. Not because of rain - because many pitches have not been cut!

My team has just gone 11-a-side and I have an awful feeling that our pitch will fall into this category.
What actually happens in these circumstances if we are the home team? We have a cup tie, would the other team go through if the pitch is deemed unplayable? Stupid question I know. |
