Pre-season games home/away?

I dont go to pre season friendlies because imo they are an over priced waste of time. However I know others do enjoy them which I can appreciate. My point though, is the lack of pre season games south of the border(which I do attend). There have been numerous posts on here about trips to. Villa,Milwall and most recently Preston. These games are far more fun, because the game is only a small part of what is usually a few days away with your mates,as in the case of Preston where we stayed in Blackpool for the weekend.
I think Rodders has it in his head that if he brings teams like,Boro(2nd year in a row)and Wigan up to E/R he will make some money out of these ventures.I dont think the crowd will exeed 8000 for either match,so after deducting all costs,we might just have enough left to pay the ball boys.
So come on Rodders give us a better pre-season next year.

Might not be so easy to get Premiership teams to play pre-season friendlies against SFL opposition next term

I have to admit to being pissed of,when the return leg of the White@Mckay cup against Leeds was abandoned a few years back.

You've been watching the Football Factory again now your sitting looking at the Paul and Shark jumper you bought in Turkey and thinking about a CCS expedition south of the border.

You used to be able to tell where the bedwetters lived by the matresses put out to air in their gardens.

Now they appear to be closet bedwetters and you have to sniff them out
