According to the rag downmarket Daily Record we've lost out on Lovell...

Rejected by an Aberdeen reject? I wasn't too keen but he might have been a bit better quality than the others were signing...

Totally pissed off with Hibs. In fact i'm seriously thinking of requesting my money back for the two season tickets i purchased.

Would others do likewise in joining me in an attempt to embarass and highlight the shafting excercise?

He was probably guaranteed first team football at falkirk. At hibs he would most likely be just a squad player. Not good enough for hibs so no loss anyway.

I was in the TO on Friday, and there was a phone call going on while I was in with someone doing that. Obviously I could only hear one side of the conversation, but they were saying you could do that, but if you could do it in writing, preferably with an explanation of why you were doing so, there wouldn't be a problem with it.

Doesn't worry me.

Maybe Falkirk think he is a great player and want to pay him accordingly - or offer a long deal so he can sit on his arse and do nothing like he did at the Sheepies. Maybe Hibs think he is a squad player and offered him a one/two year deal with wages depending upon appearances..........

I said on another thread that I was considering returning my season ticket, and to be perfectly honest, there is absolutely nothing happening at E.R that is making me think it is a bad idea. I have been through a lot of shit with Hibs, but I've never felt so disheartened going into a season before. Our club is sinking fast, we may have some of the top facilities in Europe, but what is the point if we are going to be playing 1st division football? Last night's score has left me fearing for the season ahead

Exactly! Either do I, if Hibs weren't my team I'd rather go to Falkirk than Hibs as well.

They have a better manager, same quality of training facilities, and a better squad of players than us!

Falkirk are a well run club, with a fantastic manager who organises his team very well and is great at man-management.

Hibs are a total shambles.

Cant blame him for choosing Falkirk, good choice Mr. Lovell!

There was a guy on .net the other day talking about how he was offered a refund on his season ticket - no questions asked. He thought they should've tried to give him reasons to hold onto it but apparently they made no effort whatsoever.
