Possible Bus from G'Burg City Airport to Boras - Saturday Flight

A significant number of fans seem to have taken up Ryanair's cheap deal to fly to Gothenburg City Airport on the Saturday Morning and fly back Sunday.

I am aware a fair few have already hired cars and these may have non refundable deposits.

BUT if we were to float the idea of running a bus leaving from Gothenburg City Airport once the Prestwick Flight has arrived and head straight to the match and then back Gothenburg after the game how many people would be interested?

Its only an idea and would need some thought and a Scottish and Swedish convener (which I haven't discussed with the Swedish Hibby's yet).

Costs would depend on numbers, but we would aim for 200 kroner return if we could fill a 50 or so seater.

Is this worth following up?

It ensures Saturday Travellers get to the game, and a peeve in our pre and post match pubs with fans of GAIS and Elfsborg.

You would also have to buy me a beer. Obviously.

I wouldnae bother mate with all that money the Shylocks saved by waiting they can surely get a limo from the airport to the match

In all fairness I do know of five guys who paid as much us to fly the Saturday.

Still they will miss all the high jinks and smorgasbord of delights planned for those of us who coughed early and took a risk staying the whole weekend.
