Re: Evening News Question of the week

Deary me.

What an inspired question.

Of course not, why would we want to see Hibs v Barca played at ER on our home pitch, with all the benefits that go with it. Obviously we would rather go and see the game at a stadium we have never played at, in a ground many of our fans have never been in, which is associated with Rugger and Gunts, and will undoubtedly lead into a pointless and puerile debate about bigteam/weeteam bigcrowd/weecrowd stuff................

I'm sure there will be a mixed bag of responses.

For the avoidance of doubt, anything stated in the above post is written without prejudice; is probably completely uninformed opinion, and possibly just a figment of my imagination. Readers should either ignore, treat with contempt, or simply accept the spirit it is written in, without recourse to huffy replies, legal action or threats of violence.
That includes YOU.

Re: Evening News Question of the week

If the money raised is going to Unicef then I am glad it is being held at Murrayfield because we can hopefully get a bigger crowd there and hopefully my fellow Hibees will let the stadium issue go and realise it is for a worthy cause and there are more important things in life. If the money is not going to Unicef it's a no brainer, we'd all prefer Easter Road.
