If our young Steven has any sense?

1. With the capitals no 1 club for another two seasons.

2. A transfer to a low EPL/High Championship club a la Murph.

3. Three years after that (still only 25!) , a move to higher EPL or Seria A/La Liga.

4. A testimonial in 2020 of Real Madrid (his current team) vs Hibs Scottish cup winning side of 2009 at Easter Road in front of 25,000 fans (the corners have been filled!). His now trademark bald head shining in the floodlights as he leads out Ronaldo and Chris Hogg , the Captains of the respective teams.

Never happen. Personally I don't see Fletch as captain material.

On a side note, I always thought Juan Sebastian Veron looked like a pirate.

For me he has not done much since all this talk about Real Madrid and seems to get less and less involved in each game as the season went on.

I know he is still young and if he stays at ER will hopefully improve, but if he goes to Celtic for instance, he would end up a bench player like Rhiordan. For me Fletch is not nearly as good as the likes of Derek Rhiordan, Gary O'Conner, Scott Brown, Kevin Thomson, etc. These guy's were much better players when they left Hibs and are certainly not in a class suitable enough for the English Premier League never mind the Spanish League.
