Another season ticket quiestion..?

Has everyone had their first payment of the payment plan taken off, they have not taken mine yet?

They took mine as soon as I put my form in - must have been about 20th April, which came as a bit of a shock as I was expecting it to come out of my May pay packet!!

I read somewhere there is a bit of a backlog with the forms, probably hence the delay.

It was one payment immediately ( by card, cheque or cash) with the next on 30th May.

I have also received the voucher for £5 off an away strip

I also habve a question- you see i was a cat.b this year so im hoping to get a full one. Now ive went for the FF, so do i just send the money along and then contact them in June, or is there anything else i have to do?

No looking too good for me is it, I chose the card option for the first payment and assumed it would come off immediately on the 30th. Lets hope its simply demand that has caused the delay.

I would give the ticket office a ring to see what the problem is.

It might be something simple which can be sorted if you find out about it. When it comes to not getting your money Hibs are not shy at getting in touch with you if the problem lies with you. I had a problem with my last installment last year and they were on to me before I had a chance to find out there was a problem. So I would assume that they don't know they are missing out on your money.

I did, they had billed my mate for one of my laddies, they have billed me for me and my other boy and payment has been made now. Went through May 6th.

Wouldn't send cash just go down and ask them....

I was under the impression you couldn't get a ST in the FF as its full.

they can wait as long as they like. there's no rush.

That was the exact same for me, £100 straight out my bank account only day or so after I posted the form in! Again this was around the 20th, luckily it never took me overdrawn!

Seems they are not in a rush yet to get first payments.

Down side is it means two payments off in one month

Indeed, and the main thing is Hibs have the money for all the new signings we will be making. (where is the 'my arse' smiley when you need it?)

Nah its more like they're simply unable to cope with the volume of paperwork and/or their debit/credit card system does not debit straight away. As I found to my cost a couple of seasons back

Renewed 3 STs and paid in full with debit card. Saw them swipe the thing and expected the payment to be out the account within a week tops. On the same day I bought new strips in the club shop using the Debit Card. This was in April 2006. Partly my own fault for not keeping a complete eye on when the payment came out - as I would have (ironically) with a cheque - but in July when I went off on holiday I certainly assumed the payment had been processed. Came back to find just a few pounds left in my account thanks to them debiting nearly £800 in one go three months after the card was originally swiped

FWIW the shop debit had come off in the expected timescale - and I think I had mentally assumed both had (same company same day transaction - not too much to expect )

Since then I have paid them EVERYTHING in cheque form. Their electronic ticket office system and processing stinks

Was trying to renew our season tickets on line and cant seem to get into the correct part.

Anyone else had any probs with this?
