We should be able to attract any of these players, and players of a similar calibre, to Easter Road without muc trouble. If not, there's something seriously wrong.

I'd like to see Shiels sign a new deal. 10 goals from half a season is good going and he's great with Zemmama. I don't want another Riordan situation, so if he refuses a deal in the Summer, punt him. We shouldn't go into a season with key players on short contracts.

David Robertson from Dundee Utd has impressed me this season. Barry Nicholson would be a good signing.

We really do need full-backs though and maybe another forward. Dixon from Dundee as left back. Dont know about a right back that would be available. As for a forward, Jonathan Johansson sounds brilliant, doubt we could pull it off though

I think he'll be back in for Johannson..probably to replace Fletcher.

Expect to see one or two more Finnish players arriving apart from JJ.

In terms of scottish players Ian Black has been mentioned. I think he is a decent player, but i'm not sure if we need yet another indisciplined hot-heid TBH.

Our midfield has to be a priority, and I really hope he can shape a team and a system of play that the players are comfortable with for next season.

I would sign Noel Hunt,Scott Severin and maybe Richie Byrne always thought he done ok for Aberdeen even though they have released him.Also pie in the sky time there is a very good french moroccan with liverpool Nabil El Zahr can play either flank or a second striker could maybe get on a loan deal.

A good point which has been raised many times before.

Many posters would have you believe that Hibs is a bigger Club, Edinburgh is a nicer City etc etc bottom line however will always be money and I'm not convinced we are offering more to all players as these competitors.

we like to think hibs are a bigger club but we're hibees we would say that
im not convinced offering someone at the other clubs another couple of ton a week is going to be a clincher
would you leave a club your a regular starter with and up route your family for say another 10% of your wages?

You've got to think that Mixu will have one or two Finns lined up that he'll be after. Some midfielders and full backs that can defend would be a good start.
