Would like to see a "High-Banked" one-tier stand similar to Tynecaslte and some Dutch stadia which will create great noise and atmosphere.
Thought should also be given to perhaps having a small front tier design (say 1500 capacity) to allow the "real" fans to congregate and sing each week, if the rest of the new stand didn't.

If a modern low level stand was constructed options to increase its size should be allowed at a futher date and the design and architecture of it should be in line with the three stands already completed.

Having facilities in each stand generates income, I would like to see a Witherspoons type bar which would be run a bit more professionally than what is there at the moment, run along the lines of an ordinary pub.

Maybe some acoustic consultancy should be done in regards to atmosphere from the east stand. At the moment most if not all the singing etc comes or starts from the East stand. Some investigation into this would benefit both fans and players.

I would like a two tier structure with the bottom section having Season Books sold in Blocks rather than specific seats numbers meaning groups of friends can easilly sit together with a % of each block remaining available to the general public so Hibees with ST's can sit with non ST friends

I only attend a few games a season just now as I have a very young family. When my boy is old enough i would buy a family season book for the FF then when he is older hope to progress to the East.

I would love it to have bar facilities. If office space would be sold quickly and earn the club more than a bar open on matchdays then that should be the route taken.
