I feel that a 1 tier stand with 100% regular seating would be the ideal solution to the divided debate. the 'fans stand' would retain the atmosphere that the regulars crave, as well as providing the stadium with the final piece.

However i have no objections to a 2 tier stand. i think the imperative aspect is on 100% regular fans seating. i.e no executive areas or boxes.

the atmosphere is something else in the east stand and it my belief that it is the fans and noth the stand itself.

The old stand has put me off from sitting there especially because i am not a ST holder at the moment and views are poor from the back and fringes of the stand.

Bar/facilities, spacious seating so we are not crammed in, good quality seating preferably like the seats on the lower west but with more leg room.

The same as the west without the more expensive seats and boxes. Not so much hospitality in this stand.

A purpose built supporters bar would be a great idea. One which you could then enter the stand from inside without having to go back outside and que again. Also with a larger bar than behind the goals with more staff. Better standard interior of the concourses.

It's all about Atmosphere. The East Stand currently has a great atmosphere. Anything that helps recreate this, i.e a standing area or possibly some kind of steep single tier structure would have be popular with many supporters.

Decent catering facilities where it doesnt take 20 minutes to get served at half time.

Bar facilities similar to Behind the Goals so that Hibs can make some of the vast amounts of money the local bars make. Also some kind of turnstile facility from within this bar area so you dont have to go back outside to get into the stand.
