IMO Benji thinks he's too good for Hibs , he isn't and the sooner he gets that into his head the better .

Agreed, needs to sort his head out.
I think hes an amazin player but with out the correct attidude he'll get nowhere in football never mind hibs starting 11.

D - there is obviously issues with Benji but IMHO that's why a club manager picks up a 150K salary at ER.

He needs to manage Benji. It's obvious to all that confidence is key to Benji. Yesterday as we're pish poor but 2-0 up v St Mirren he brings on Clayton Donaldson ahead of him..

I'd suggest the ploy is 'piss him off to get him to feck' rather than 'get him back on-song'.

Sad as we'll struggle to attract better than Benji to ER IMHO.

Next season we'll have Donaldson & Nish as the partnership.

Very true Kenny but we don't know what goes on behind the scenes , I was in at 2.30 yesterday and during the warm up Benji pissed about carrying on with Morais . Now i know both were on the bench but its not what i would call proffessional .
