IIRC his dad was Paul Byrne that played for Smeltic a few years back.
We got him from Norwich City. |

Was at the game tuesday night as it was played here in Waterford,have tbh france were a class above ireland and won comfortably 3-0.Kurtis was a late call up to the U19 squad but played the full match his only real chance came about five minutes from the end when the keeper pulled off a very good save to deny him.Considering he is still only seventeen and this was his debut U19 he did very well and if he keeps progressing we may have one for the future.
