Am I in the wrong here that the sfa from this season decided that they will not let the scotish cup runner up into europe. Giving this place to the next best in the league being that the winner was already in europe?
Thought this was ratified towards the end of last season start of this to prevent people like Gretna/Dunfermline going out in qualifying rounds and hammering our quotient?  Or am i totaly wrong  |

If the winners are already in europe then the runners up will get the UEFA Cup place as the SFA wern't allowed to change it after the season had started.

ahh
 Will it be started from next season on then? If so with the extra UEFA spot from the 09 season with the changes to the competition that will mean that it may be top 5 clubs in league will be in europe  |
