Does anyone get the here we go again feeling ?

I was under the impression that he was signed until 2011. Yet Hibs are in the press as negotiating with Fletcher??? Whats to negotiate?

If he is being paid piss, and the manager feels he should be better compensated, then surely its not up for debate and the board should back the manager?

If the board are happy to punt Fletcher, then they should do it in January because it is grossly unfair to put the Hibernian support through the mill again ala Deeks, the Twins blah blah blah!

My opinion is that the lad has bags of potential, is very one footed and plays a lot of his matches on his arse - but if a ridic offer came in for in Jan - Hibs should empty him and bring Gray into the mix. Harsh, but I think the Hibernian support needs another will he / wont he mair than the yams need a manager.

Feels very much the same. Agent, even the same rag ...sorry newspaper!

However, I felt yesterday maybe showed that he still has a bit to learn and another year or two at ER would be the better option.
