Its only Donaldson we have replacements that can come in and do better so not that big a loss.

Never stopped Shaun Dennis mid-game!

I'm actually a bit dissappointed at this - surely we're made of tougher stuff than this...?

Going into this weekend Donaldson was going to be the only striker 100% fit between our main four strikers - Clayton, Fletcher, Antoine-Curier and Benji.
Steven Fletcher has had a heavy international weekend just passed, Antoine-Curier has just resumed training after a swollen ankle and Benji has played twice in 8 weeks. Where's the options?
In such a big game you would risk placing Shiels or Zemmama to lead the line up top? or even throw in Campbell or Gray?

Only Chisholm and Fletcher beat Donaldson to MotM two weeks ago in most people's eyes, so aye it is a loss. He's starting to come onto a game for us.

I agree with this. We can ill afford the loss of Clayton in a really important fixture.

Re: Hibs handed striking blow

Anything which reduces the managers striking options is bad news for us. We have been toiling for goals in recent weeks and this will not help. I have a feeling Clayton will turn out to be a very good player for Hibs..

Like mentioned above. Benji isn't fit enough to start the game, this was confirmed by Collins today. Shiels hasn't played up top this season and don't you think it's abit much to ask of the young lads for this game specifically?

In other words we aren't exactly lavish with replacements are we?
