Testing Times..

We've always been a top 6 team but now is a testing time.. i think it's how we react to this and how to put wrongs right for the yams. We need to just pick ourselves up and forget whats happened and concentrate on the yams then take 1 game at a time. lets see in the week/weeks ahead if we really are a top 3 team , because hate to admit it but the ugly sisters do it well by if they get beat they focus on the next game whereas most other teams would go on a losing streak.

Eh no we've not! Not even been a top league team every year since the split started.
Throw in a 7th and 8th position finish into the mix as well.

But agree with the positive thinking for the yams game though!

Re: Testing Times..

A massive game next Sunday, let's hope the players are a damn sight more motivated than they were today. What's the point of being up for games like Rangers and Celtic if you are going to be as lethargic and sloppy as Hibs were today ?

A quite disgraceful performance from Hibs today.

Not one clear cut chance created in 90 minutes against one of the worst sides in the league with a 42 year old playing in central defence.

It's hard for me to agree or disagree with what you say there GM, I wasn't at the game.

I read the other day on tinternet that quite a few players had been ill during the week leading up to the game- is it possible this knocked three or four out of their stride? Spoke to my Dad earlier and he was saying he felt the team we started with was a wee bit too lightweight compared to some of the seasoned bruisers St Mirren had on. Stevenson, Kerr, Chisholm and Zemamma certainly seems like a VERY lightweight midfield.

The loss of 3 apparent certain starters (Fletcher, Morais, Boozy) at once can't have helped, but I guess this illustrates the lack of strength in depth we have.
