On what do you base that?

Last season he only refereed one Hibs game and that was a home 0-0 draw on 2 January 2007. There were 3 yellow cards.

The season before he refereed 6 games involving Hibs:

20/8/05 Falkirk 0-2 Hibs
2/10/05 Hibs 1-2 ICT (Brewster sent off)
3/12/05 Dundee United 1-0 Hibs
2/1/06 Kilmarnock 2-2 Hibs
4/3/06 Hibs 3-1 Dundee United
29/4/06 Aberdenn 4-0 Hibs

Mr Winter issued 86 yellow cards and 7 red in 30 games.
In games involving Hibs he issued 22 yellow cards and 1 red (not for us)

With him in charge, over the last two seasons, we have won 2, lost 3 and drawn 2.

Conclusion: No better or worse than any other whistler.

Don't you just hate when people use facts and statistics to disprove your gut feelings?

I personally don't think he's as bad as many of the others (esp McCurry), but tellingly, the figures provided by J J Tar show that he never reffed us versus either of the infirm.. in my opinion you never see the true colours of a ref until you get a chance to see if he'll stand up to them, or crumple and give soft decisions like all the others.
