I think he still had a year on his contract.

We bought him out of the last year of his contract wae Chelsea. The figure before he signed was anything between £150-£200k. So that sounds about right.

Sproules departure has enabled us to bring in a replacement for him in O'Brien and hopefully a goalie that will prosper at us.
