Zemmama

i think it will be his time to shine for real next year ? anyone agree ?

it can take foreign players a while to settle into culture, style, etc.

it took benji a while but he has defo came on this year.

shiels, sproule, zemmama, benji and fletcher is a very good group of attacking players to pick from. whilst the addition of clayton and maybe another powerful striker.

some steel in midfield, another centre back and a keeper and thats a gret squad for next year

I agree with that but only if they can stay consistant and confident in front of goal, if they can keep some goal scoring momentum going throughout the season then we'll have no probs upfront, I hope

Zemmama was better than Brown today IMO.He done everything apart from put the ball in the net and when you elbowed the celtic player of the ball showed he might be small but he'll get stuck in!

Deano and Zemmama were both good today. We still need a stiker or Fletcher has to get on the weights in the summer as he needs to get stronger to hold off defenders a bit better.

It was the moment in the first half when he skinned 4 o 5 players with some magical skill that done it for me. Pure class today. He put himself about a bit aswell, going in for challenges, up for headers

Re: Zemmama

Zemmama was terrific today, and it's no coincidence that he has started to play better now that the pitches are in a better condition.

If we could sign a hard defensive midfielder for next season to play the holding role along with Brian Kerr, we could have an excellent choice of Sproule, Shiels, Zemmama, and Boozy as our attacking midfield players. It would give us a better balanced midfield for next season. Scott Brown is going to be a hell of a miss for us though.

Re: Zemmama

Agree with all of the above.....

His best game since coming back from his injury.

Give him a pre-season to get fitter and he could be a nap for the team sheet every week. Deano as well was great today. must have a future, they should extend his contract sharpish.

Reckon if West Brom win their playoff we'll find out soon enough who Venus was watching today.

The whole team played brilliantly today, I honestly don't think I could fault a player out on that park, they entertained, and deserved there win.

But oh my

zemmama?? what a first touch that guy is, he can bring the most awkward balls under complete control in an instant. he is deadly!

Re: Zemmama

My favourite Zemmama move was when he ran along in front of the home dugout, doing double stepovers, while leaning back in a kind of half-falling-over prone position, pirouette's on the ball, flicks it out with his heel, turns and delivers to Stevenson, who plays it diagonally out to Whittaker. What a great move that was!!

Re: Zemmama

I thought "Zooma" was outstanding today and gave us a real insight into what he's supposed to be capable of.

He's not a winger - he's a man who wants the ball to feet in the middle of the park, who is always available for a pass who will bring others into the game.

Look at yesterday - As soon as he moved into the middle and got a "free" role, he opened Celtic up.

He's very much in the Latapy mould and we need a Matty Jack type character beside him who'll look after the wee fella

World Class players like Gravesen?

Maybe five stone ago!

(Can't take the credit for that gag - Someone shouted it in the terracing yesterday when he attempted a 1-2 into the box)
