How bad is it really?

OK, we're all gutted about today and the run of 9 games without winning. But think back to how things were a year ago.

Post split, we lost 4-0 to Aberdeen, 2-1 to Rangers, 3-1 to Kilmarnock, drew 1-1 with Celtic and beat Hearts 2-1.

This year, I don't recall too many 3 and 4 goal drubbings. The corresponding period this season we've drawn twice to Aberdeen and Rangers, lost 1-0 to Killie and our heaviest loss has been today's 2-0 ( I know that because of the opposition this is a sore one, but remember leaking goals to them every visit to Tynie last year?)

Yes, things have to improve but they could be a lot worse.

Im pissed off at what has happened but some folk are going OTT.

It's still Mogga's side (which has been ripped apart may i add)

It's the PLAYERS fault not Collins about how our season has ended.

The back stabbing rebels have sold our season down the swanny.

i don't know why i'm doing this, but this is some table some gunt on keeckback has put together. i can't be arsed checking his figures, but this is a table he's put together based on results since end of jan (a date, by his own admission selected only cos that's when we took a down turn):

well we should be clear by a mile in 2nd bottom next season as m'well are losing their 2 best players... so well stay up!!!

Were we not already out of contention for Europe post split ? If so, our season was over and our games were pretty much meaningless and presented an opportunity for playing inexperienced players, giving them a chance in preparation for next season and sussing out the suspect first team squad dissenters. Yeah, it's disappointing to get beat off the gorgie gonads, particularly in the fashion we gifted them their goals. But feck them, in the grand scheme of things, they're not important. They're the opposite of important. They are a mildly amusing distraction that will be nothing more than a misty memory a few years from now. Feck them. I'm looking forward to next season already.

oh what a moon faced boring football feckwit that man is. three year of the talkin in the stand being better than the football on the pitch...mogga was a right shock to the system something to watch again.

would people rather go back to blobby, jocky scott, jim duffy....

we're regulars in the top six now instead of that wasteland just below the split...we've got silverware in the cabinet and we compete against the OF instead of the old horsings...post blobby we've won at ipox (10+yrs) darkheid (13+yrs) and eastend park (alot too iirc) we've bust most hoodoos apart from the big one...

if it's a 10yr plan for the club on the park we're still on the up!!!
