I've been wanting to say this for a few weeks, but now I will. IMO, Jones must go in the summer along with Martis. I feel that Jones has contributed towards the downfall of our season, mainly by leading a revolt against the manager!!! Not what you expect from a club captain.

Also, his form of late has been woeful. He has not had a good game for months and it's getting to the stage where I think other teams see him as a weak link. Hogg is much better defender IMO and if we can get someone in the summer to partner him then I think our whole team will benefit.

For someone who always goes on about how he is ''so grateful to be at Hibs'' and that he cant believe it's only been 3 years since he was a PE teacher, he certainly didn't act like it when going to see Petrie. Who is he to question someone like John Collins?

Unfortunately Jones (or ''the messiah'' as known by some), seems to have hero status on this site, and can do no wrong. But personally I hope he is shown the door.

Agreed. I think Murphy will leave in the summer, and he knows it.

He hasnt seemed to interested in a while now. I think we badly need a good striker BUT the priority is obviously a keeper and id like to see a whole new defence (assuming murph and whittaker go)

Jones is a huddy to be blunt! Martis can go with him. Murphy will be sold hopefully as his heart is not in it anymore and Stevenson is the natural replacement with more pace. Whittaker can go too although i would be sad as i think he could play a role in midfield with McCann taking his role at right back. Centre backs need to be someone even decent at SPL level. Hogg i feel could do a job but needs someone more reliable next to him. You look at other SPL sides with less money and their defenders seem more adept at defending. Get the balance of not losing daft goals correct and we have enough going forward to win our fair share of matches surely.

good help us then bamba is a bomb scare we made him look good when playing against them and id have jones over him any day!! and our midfield would be far to lightweight

bamba is a carbon copy for martis except bambi will head the ball martis always lets it fecking bounce

your probably right with the midfield or there abouts but it is abit of a worry as it is really light weight there isnt really a ball winning midfield in there. but time will tell i suppose

If the board would give hibs enough money for 1 experianced player in each position even if it opens up a bit more debt it must be worth it! I mean how bad is it when Dunfermline have a bigger wage budget than us?
