We know broony and probably whitty and murphy are going in the summer.

What we need to do with that money instead of ploughing it into a new east stand at the minute is scale up the wage structure.

We can get about (hopefully) £8million from the sale of these players.

Scale up the wage structure so we can attract better players(possibly mcnamara for experience)

In doing so we;

Improve on our league form
Have better cup runs
Are more likely to play in europe

This helps pump money into the club, add in the fact more fans come from success.

Once we establish ourself as (at least a top 3 club) and have a bigger fan base/more money in pocket due to success,then build the east stand to capitalise more.

I can't help but wonder how we'd have done had we managed to hold onto players like KT and SB buy paying them what they were worth.

Look at hearts, Craig Gordon, excellent young player but gettin 5 times what broony is.

we,ve started 2 get a few freebees eg kerr n the fast c*** fae doon south so hopefully jc is bringin in his own team

Stand before crazy wages. Stand will ensure long-term viability of the club, and will contribute to funding wages for decades to come.

What I fear more is the pre-season. If those 9 players end up away with the U-19s and U-20s (which I fully support) we will likely have:

Zemmama
Jones
Benjelloun
Beuzelin
Hogg
Sproule
McCaffrey
Gray
Kerr
Donaldson

And maybe these players if still here
Glass
Martis
Shiels
Alistair Brown

Plus these untried youngsters, if still here:
Haji
Martin
Curtis
Grof
Smith
Notman
