...what would you say to Rob Jones in the build up to Saturday considering the way he was man-handled by a gorrilla in the last derby....???

'Rob, stay calm. Don't go moaning yer head off at Dougal or any of his officials as you know you will more than likely get nothing. The referee will be fully aware of the situation and no doubt the Hibs support will do the majority of the appealing for you.
Concentrate on getting yourself to the ball even with all the scrapping, pulling and cheating the pub team might put on you.

Don't send him up for corners - or get him to stand right in front of the keeper or on the post, instead of running into the box. That would entirely confuse the Yams IMO.

Rob, if the guy grapples with you again dont just stand there looking to the ref for a decision, move around a little bit so its more difficult for the cheating canute to keep a hold of you, if he runs around trying to grab you the ref is more likely to spot it.
