Good to see democracy at work, or there again, maybe not. The SFA deem it just that the person whose decision is being appealed rules on the appeal. Folks, we have clear evidence that the SFA is indeed run on a kangaroo court basis.

You hardly ever hear about Celtic or Rangers appealing against decisions, could this be because Ref's don't have the balls to make a call against them unless they are 110% sure with their decision.
There's no way Richmond could have been 100% sure that Boozy fouled Big Bummed Boyd when he was so far behind play. Would he have made a similar call had it been the other way round and at Ipox, me thinks not!

I'm realy fickin confused here, not to mention a bit bewildered.
Correct me if I get this wrong but, in order to take a red card to an appeals panel the referee [who administered the card in the first place] has to admit he [might have] got his decision wrong. If he says upon reviewing the evidence that he wasnt wrong [shock shock horror horror shock shock horror] there is no appeal. If he says he was wrong it goes to an appeal which could still go against the player [although if the ref agrees he got it wrong why have an appeals panel].
