Anyone know what the barney was with Sproule just before he came on - someone abuse him? Hibs fan?

I personally find it disgusting that "one of our own" would be verbally abusing a Hibs player during a match.No place for this kind of "support".

It must have got him going as I thought he put in a good shift. But he shouldn't get worried about the odd moron, he gets plenty of plaudits from the fans. He does tend to get over emotional, he needs to learn not to react to nonsense like that because there will always be one or two loudmouths dishing it out.

Ivan needs to just ignore this. I think it is terrible if one of our own fans are shouting such abuse to Ivan but he needs to keep the head and ignore them. At the end of the day everyone is entitled to their opinion about JC's tactics but don't take it out on the players when they are just about to go on the park for us.

I sit behind the chap who abused Ivan.

As Ivan was getting ready to come on this "fan" stood up and shouted to Ivan to "see and do something ya lazy b@st@rd."

There followed a slagging match between the "fan", Ivan and TC. TC spoke to a steward but nothing came of it.

The "fan" is a season ticket holder who I see at all the home games. I tried to get him to sit down but he just ignored me.

Later I had the same thought that has been mentioned above but it was too late to tell him that if he wanted to abuse Hibs players he could go sit with the unwashed in the South.

Ivan can be accused of faults in his game but laziness isn't one of them. At half time he was sprinting for fun.
