A poorer game from Murphy than usual. Having said that he was no where near the worst players for us tonight. He does sadly deserve to go somewhere better.

He does deserve better, a class player. Also been upfront with us from the off about wanting to play doon sooth.

Can see him going to a top championship team pushing for EPL, fair play to him if he does

Does he really deserve better? I like murphy and he is pretty consistent. Usually good at getting forward but he isn't always brilliant at defending and can be guilty of some seriously sloppy passes (as can jones and hogg). As you can see I don't see Murphy as the god like figure some people on here do. Would need to improve a little IMO in order to deserve a move to the likes of Bolton.

I agree. He's made it clear he wants to leave - but I think he's in for a rude awakening. (normally) consistent player - but his passing the last few weeks has been suspect. I'd have him in my team every week (but not if I was a Premiership manager
