Just got my credit card statement and surprise surprise they have managed to charge me £47 twice for 2 tickets for the semi
They really are a useless bunch
It has cost me 3 unsuccessful phone calls and an e mail to point this out
They now say they want the date of the transaction (which was clearly stated in the first e mail) AND my address.

I have told them but am not holding my breath.

Thats nowt, i bought 8 tickets online for the semi the monday they went on sale to season ticket holders, never checked my emails for a week when i did i realised they had booked tickets for the game at dunfermline which had already been the weekend before. So phoned the ticket office who said no problem they would refund me the difference and book tickets for the final.
Which they did, twice, charging me again. So back on the phone again and they said they would refund the money again which they eventually did, but i never picked the tickets up from the post office until the friday before the semi and guess fekin what they had sent me two sets of 8 tickets!?!

Feckin farce if you ask me, this must have happened to more people than just me? eight tickets went to waste as i never used them.

Phone the ticket office anyway mate and they might try and help you

If I remember correctly, there is an insurance element to everything you pay for by credit card, so just get in touch with your credit card issuer and they should be able to sort it out for you. They may need you to sign an indemnity stating you only should have been charged once, but that should be all.

Yes this is correct. .Contact the card issuer for help .

Inevitably Credit card says contact payee

Have told ticketmaster just to send me 2 more tickets for Tues but thats too complicated

They have to cancel (which takes 5 days )and I have to call again tomorrow to book tickets afresh.

It takes such willpower forgiveness and strength to follow HFC!

I have also e mailed SFA about stupidity of having a replay at Hampden.
They say the clubs never suggested an alternative venue in the 2 pre mach meetings where this was discussed.
