Presumably Martis,Shiels and Stewart are in the latter category. it would be interesting to know if any of them were injured or is it 'The Three Amigo's situation'

I could hardly believe it when I heard the subs being announced, three young laddies one of whom had never even played in the first team before, and Zemmama who we could really have done withcoming on in the last 15 minutes or so. We had no central defensive options whatsoever.

Im surprised no-one has made more of the TC/JC comment that 'Martis, Shiels, Stewart and Campbell' were left out for footballing reasons'.

By doing so this meant that the main tactical substitution available yesterday was Zemmama for Sproule and even that doesn't change things much.

Campbell is irrelevant as he is still trying to break through but if JC/TC seriously left out Martis,Shiels and Stewart for a cup semi final in favour of wee laddies and so deprived the team of any central defender cover and no experienced midfield cover then we have a strange management team.
