Real radio sport claims there are 14 clubs vying for Scottys signature.....
with Celtic leading the chase , having bid £1m more than the next closest bidder!!!!!

Let the auction begin. 1m is agood place to start, 1.2m to the man in the brown leather jacket, 2.2 to the man at the back, 2.7 to the fat guy at the front and so on and so on.

That's interesting, I'm reading that Portsmouth & Liverpool are looking at tabling an offer in the region of £5m, plus a premiership salary (2-3 times more than the Rantic could offer) Can't see smeltic offering £6m can you?

you never know, what with all the money they have recieved this season with the champions league and the television money all went to them because they were the only scottish team in the champs league proper.

Look at it this way Smeltick bought Lennon for £6million if i remember correctly. And if he GOT A GAME for premiership teams surely Broony is worth more, no? In this case £5million minimum i think. I think that we have the brightest prospect of the lot here, the only one who really has the potential to make a proper name for himself in the EPL so lets be realistic and ask for £££££££ to make us financially stable for a good number of years to come, so we dont have to sell out brightest prospects for a good while.

Sellic bought Lennon when they were rolling in cash like pigs in shyte. Yes they are richer than the hun at this point in time, but they can't match they sums that premiership clubs will be able to pay now that the revised tv rights deal has been negotiated.

FWIW, I've heard, Bolton, Everton and the Glorious Lillywhites are the front runners for him. Figures of £5m too.
