....I'm asking because I feel he hasn't progressed any this season

and therefore take the dosh and give mccann his shot.

I understand that Whitty is deeply unhappy at the moment, but not the only one at ER to feel that way.

I can't help but think that the huge paypackets being waved about by some chums may be affecting players just as much as JC's "smugness and arrogance".

Well if he's deeply unhappy Hibs should flog him. No point in having unhappy players in the team imo. I agree that there will be a bit of pay packet waving from other players, how much is Katie on at Castle Greyskull?, which wil only serve to make players more determined to leave. Shame really but thats reality out in the big bad.

i am speculating but i would be surprised if whittaker and brown are amongst the ring leaders. they both know they will be leaving in the summer so why cos bother now.
i reckon mackay is behind most of this and is stirring it via his bum chum jackson to unsettle everyone. maybe he is bored cos there is there is no transfer window so is preparing himself for the summer sales(auctions).

people have known that some players are unhappy since collins arrived. its no big secret. its the usual keith jackson/mackay team effort to make things a lot worse than they are.

Collins has said he expects Broonaldo to leave in the summer, but why do you include Whitty?

Carried an 'exclusive' yesterday about 18 players going to see Petrie but apart from that they've mainly sat on the fence, Bill Leckie will no doubt give his opinion in his Saturday article, I'ld expect him to side with Collins.

I'm not so sure about whitty? take this season the star full back with consistancy, goals, a decent cross, decent reading of the game, ability to driblle past folk is murphy.

I think you're right.

At this moment in time the only players IMO who should be absolute first team starters based on actual performances are Murphy and Brown.
