WANDERERS REVEAL BROWN INTEREST

Bolton could make a move for Hibernian midfielder Scott Brown this summer.

The Barclays Premiership club have confirmed their interest in the 21-year-old, who is also wanted by both Celtic and Rangers.

Brown's stock has risen even further following an impressive display against World Cup winners Italy in his first start for Scotland this week.

Bolton assistant manager Ricky Sbragia told the Scottish Daily Mail: "I don't think there is any doubt Scott Brown is capable of playing in the Premiership.

"It all comes down to money at the end of the day and what kind of player we decide we need.

"What I would say is, you don't like someone to sign for someone else when you've not taken a serious look at them yourselves."

Good on two fronts-it shows Scott he can do better than Sellick or orcdom and Hibs can command a higher fee when bidding starts.

I heard that Bolton were the only other club other than der Hun to match the club's valuation for Thomson in January. Says it all about his lack of ambition. Let's hope Broony will set his sights a bit higher.

Wouldn't think Bolton's style of play would suit Scotty but if he was going I'd rather he went there than join the old firm---obviously

If Brown is to go id rather see him go down south rather than sell him to one of the old firm strenthing thier squads. A move down south would suit him as i belive he has the quality in him to play in the premiership. Where ever he go's ill be wishing him good luck
