Youth football in Easter
Hibees,
Was brilliant to have so many Hibs shirts at the last World of Football camp in February. Rob Jones was impressed when he came along. I'm writing to invite any kids aged from 9-15 to our next camp in Easter. This one has had a lot of thought put into it and will be bigger and better. It runs from Monday 9th - Thursday 12th April during the Easter holidays. I've posted the contents of our programme below and if anyone has any questions please get in touch. Hope to see more Hibs kids there in April! Thanks Robbie P.S. If one of the admins want to PM me I'll try and get a hibs.net poster (or something along those lines) up on our noticeboards as a thankyou to the site for helping us promote our youth football initiatives. ------------------------------------------------------------- Monday – Wednesday Morning activity: Getting you on your toes to start the day, we test your sharpness with fun football themed activities. Warm up: We feature one of Europe’s top club team’s every day and take you through their style of warm up – pace by pace. Professional challenges: Every day you go round four pitches – each one containing a coach specialising for a different position (goalkeeping, defence, midfield and attack). At every station you are introduced to a skill and then tested with the kind of challenge that professionals face on the training ground. Every single challenge offers the chance to appear in a grand final! Lunch: Bring a pack lunch or buy from our specially put on menu! Daily tournament: After lunch it’s your chance to win a different global title with our daily international tournaments. Featuring La Liga, Premiership and the Brazilian Championship. The Ladder: Pull yourself out of the relegation zone and work your way to the top. We look at attacking headers, taking players on and passing accuracy in one-on-one and team scenarios. Academy matchplay: Play on the 9-a-side World of Football academy with matchplay. Longer passes, formations, tactics and lots more fun. Thursday We kick off Grand Finals Day at World of Bowling, offering everyone a chance to take on their friends with a free game. We then move onto the grand finals with the qualifiers (professional challenge winners) from throughout the week playing-off in front of the big crowd. After lunch is the WOF World Cup – which is followed by our awards ceremony (to which all parents are invited). For those that stay the full day the week is rounded off with the final sessions of The Ladder and Academy Matchplay. Option 1: 10am – 2pm (until the end of the daily tournament) £50 Option 2: 10am – 3:30pm (full day) £60 Please don’t hesitate make an enquiry. Book your place or ask us any questions using three contact methods: • Come to WOF reception and fill out an application form. • Book by phone on 0131 443-0404. • Phone/email ( To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 5 or greater. If you think another forum is more appropriate then my apologies and please move it. Thanks a lot |
