Dunfermline away 7th April

Going to ER tomorrow to get tickets for this match. What stand do we get as I've not been before and want to try and get 1/2 decent seats as taking kids along.

Cheers.

If you're wanting a good view then the West. If you're after atmosphere then the east. But got a feeling the West might be sold out, so if you're taking kids along, then they might not see much in the East you could try the North or the South? Everyone stands in the East so maybe not the best place to go with your kids.

Dunfermline often give half the North Stand (i.e. the side stand) to away fans of bigger clubs, since their expecting a big attendance (it's all ticket) they probably will do this for Hibs. So you've the choice between an end stand without columns, and a side stand with columns. I'd take the side stand if I were you, more civilised...

The West, or as its better known among Pars fans, the Norrie McCathie Stand is the "home end". We usually get the East Stand, behind the goals, with overspill into half of the North(shed similar to the East at ER) We also get a bit of the Main Stand(East end) if the attendance demands it, on this occasion I reckon we'll need the max that Dunfy can give us. Obviously the club thinks so as well, hence the ticket gig. In total we can get a maximum of 5300 tickets.

And capacity details:

So away support can get up to 5,600 seats; and home support 6,965 (not that they will sell out like).
