I think a lot of us forget about tommy and give praise to JC. So cmon lets have some good words for Tommy as I feel he's played as big a part as JC by using his great knowledge of them game! Cheers Tommy!

I was saying to a few people on Sunday night how IMO Tommy Craig has a big influence on the current Hibs team and how they play. It's TC who does most of the coaching at training apparently, and gives John Collins a lot of advice with regard to tactics. I've always liked the guy, even when he was at ER the last time as assistant to Blackley. He used to write a column in the programme every week and it became clear to me that he was a very deep thinker on the game, and he was very tactically minded. A good move by Collins to have a coach so experienced at a high level working beside him.

When John Collins was appointed about the only valid objection was his lack of experience...

So to answer that he brought Craig as his assistant

Tommy Craig has gained a vast amount of experience since leaving Hibs when Blackley was sacked...

If I remember correctly he wasn't all that popular with Hibs fans at the time...

I don't think they were ever really going to get anywhere

but his experience is obviously one of the many factors that has galvanised the current squad of players,

experienced ex-pros like Billy Dodds who have worked with Craig, have noted his influence on the Hibs team while commentating on matches

He did take the pitch at ER on Sunday and deservedly shared in the crowds acclaim
