In a few hours I'll board the train that will take me to my central Sydney hotel, where I have booked in for the night as the game is on live here on Setanta at 2am Sydney time.

We're all meeting in Scruffy Murphy's, which is a pub in central Sydney, and as I live about 70 minutes away from the city centre, I'll kip down in town for the night/early morn.

Trying to get home at that time and in a predicted state of after match dishevelment is not an option.

Should be a good turn out, and I think nobody is going with any sense of 'just turn up and the cup's ours'

Killie are arguably the form team of the moment (well apart maybe from Dundee Utd!!!) and it will be a 50/50 struggle.

Not sure I agree with JC's decision to keep the team guessing as to selection until just before kick off, as I think most pros like to know in advance so that they can focus on what's ahead - however if we win, then it will be the greatest managerial move since , erm..the punting of Zibby!

I know the Charles Dickens in Melbourne and the Floreat Athena club in Perth will also be full of HIbbies, so if you are at Hampden, and we score, cock an ear in a southerly direction.....if the prevailing wind at the time is blowing just right, then you might just hear us all going mental down under...
