I was sitting in the East stand almost in-line with goal line at the FF end and saw nothing wrong with the goal - would like to see it again though as there were quite a few bodies in the box at the time but it seemed like it should have stood.

I think the linesman flagged for the ball being out.
Couldn't be offside as the ball was headed backwards.
The ref was a total FUD today, there would be a lot more threads about him had we not won. I'm sure the falkirk websites will have plenty to say about him.

The linesman had his flag up right away before the header back. I'm fairly sure he flagged as he thought the ball had gone out of play. I thought the referee was poor. The booking for Benji was disgraceful. I also didn't think Holden deserved a straight red card for his foul on Zemmama. It's all about opinions though eh..

Thus he was flagging for the ball having gone out of play and so a goal kick.

It is possible it was offside (that's what I though initially) but in that case he should have been holding his flag at 45 degrees, and retracted it across his chest with a flourish, opposed to simply lowering it to his side and continuing with the match.

Your posts are usually spot on,but on this occasion your wrong IMHO. He jumped two footed off the ground and could have broken Zemmama'a leg.

I'd have to agree there. Another referee might have let it go but I don't think there could be any real complaints about the sending off. No idea why the Falkirk fans were booing Zemamma

I have to disagree with you regarding Holden's sending of. Looked like a two footed tackle over the ball and going by the rules that's a straight red!
