Collection Period For Tickets?
When i ordered my tickets over the phone the operator from Ticketmaster told me they would post my tickets out to me

My Dad went up to the ticket office today on my behalf in order to collect my two tickets. After giving my client reference number and seat no, he was informed that my tickets were to be sent out by recorded delivery by Friday. I can't remember the guy at Ticketmaster saying the tickets would be sent out. Also the message on the Official site is very confusing saying there is a "collection" period up to Sunday for people who ordered online and on the hotline. Yet when my old man goes to colect my tickets he is told they are being sent out

my workmate who is registered disabled queued for 2/12 hours to get my tix as well as for himself anyway he didnt get his tix that day due to some issue with the phone apart from my 2 :YAYYY: anyway when he went to pick them up today the ticket office gave him 2 complimentary tix in the south stand as well as his east stand tickets. well done the ticket office for rewarding a dedicated fan in this way. so hes now going to the south stand and can give the spares away. although they should never of allowed a disabled fan to wait for 2 1/2 hours though as there should have been prioroty for people with disabilities as he also dedicates a lot of time taking people with disabilities to and from the games etc even though he is disabled himself.
