Actually Mike the mistakes were never forgiven by anyone connected with Hibs, except the people responsible for picking the team. If it had been up to anyone on the terracing, then the the following week Malkowski would have been playing in the North pole, for a Father Christmas XI, behind 10 penguins. (and the penguin back 4 would have been really really nervous)
