you sure Wikipedia is accurate?
as it's often riddled with mistakes, and I would want to be 100% sure this was right before ripping into any "big team" supporter

Not according to Tom Pontin. Tonights EEN reckons he's had the land that ECT are willing to sell for £6m valued at nearer £19m. This is a potential disaster for Mad Vlad. Pontin made the point that the Cala Homes deal of 3 years ago valued the Tyncastle High School land alone at £11m so how can it be valued at less now? SOmeone in ECT is at it and it's the City of Edinburgh Council Tax payers who would be robbed if the deal went ahead.
